Ovation Tips connects tippers (guests / customers) to Service Professionals who are providing them with a service that they do not directly pay for, including hotel housekeepers, room service, valets, shuttle drivers, bellhops, porters, golf caddies, tour bus drivers, car wash workers, etc.
How do I find who I want to Tip?
- Service Pros provide you with their Ovation Tips ID number, then you open the app, type in the Ovation Tips ID and send the tip, it’s just that simple.
- Service Pros can also be searched by GPS of their employer’s location

How do Service Pro’s get their tips?
Ovation Tips collects the tips and disperses them to the Service Pro’s company. The Service Pro’s company then distributes the tips per their usual payroll method
How does an employer know what tips each service pro received?
- Employers are able to run reports and these reports identify specific tips to specific service professionals
- Service Pros can log into the app and see their tips for a variety of date ranges

Ovation Tips accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
Do I get a receipt for my tip?
YES, a receipt will be automatically sent to your email address on file. If you lose the email, you can go back into your Tip History in the mobile app and re-send the receipts.
Can I get a refund after I submit a tip?
As the tips are quickly forwarded on to the Service Professional’s company and on to the Service Pro themselves, refunds cannot be offered
Are there limits to what I can tip?
Single tips must be at least $1 and a maximum of $100
